Muna Madadha

Muna Holds a BA in Business Administration with over 13 years experience in Training and Development.


She held the role of Regional Training and Development Champion for Middle East and Africa for a period of 5 years for a world leading Logistics Company. He primary function was to develop guidelines and methods to asses employee training needs throughout the organization; to deliver work specific; soft skills and corporate policies and procedure training to employees and management alongside logistics and supply chain management trainings.


Muna has lived in different parts of the world; speaking 4 different languages and has trained, coached and worked in the Middle East and Europe.


She is a self-motivated solutions orientated professional with outstanding proficiencies in Relationship Management as well as Process Excellence and Quality Assurance. She is highly proficient in delivering Time Management as well as Team Building and Leading; Negotiations and Sales Strategies. She has also worked in a Regional program to train and coach trainers on Presenting Skills.


Muna has a vast experience in Customer Service; Sales; and Soft skills; Creating and implementing Customer Satisfaction Surveys to supervise Quality Assurance (QA) and track Customer satisfaction trends. She has also assisted various companies in obtaining the ISO certification by creating procedures for their customer service and sales departments. In addition, she has an extensive experience in creating and monitoring mechanisms to track training statistics and training needs of individual employees as well as by division and corporate level.
